    Perfect for any bar, restaurant, or tasting room, Kegco's HK38BSC-2 Commercial Undercounter Kegerator is ETL listed and packed full of powerful and convenient performance features that make it easier than ever to dispense two kegs of beer, coffee, kombucha, or wine simultaneously. At 3200 therms, it has the most powerful compressor in its class, delivering unbeatable cooling for fast recovery and temperature pulldown in busy commercial environments. The wide 23-59 F temperature range makes it versatile enough to dispense many different types of beverages, and the temperature can be easily monitored and adjusted using an intuitive digital display. Suitable for both built-in and freestanding use, this keg dispenser comes complete with a high-quality dispense system and all of the commercial-grade components you'll need to tap up to two kegs.

    Features

    • Includes a brand new 5 lb. Aluminum CO2 Tank with Electric Red Epoxy Finish, this tank is produced from high strength aluminum alloy 6061-T6, a highly corrosion-resistant material. It features an eye-catching glossy powder coated epoxy finish in Electric Red that acts as an extra layer of protection against corrosion and wear. The service pressure is up to 1800 PSI/124 BAR with a test pressure of 3000 PSI/207 BAR. These cylinders are stamped with the required U.S. Department of Transportation and Transport Canada Markings. The 320 valves are CGA approved and have a male thread for CO2 regulators. An average fill is good for 5-6 kegs depending on your fill.
    • Includes Commercial Grade Double Gauge CO2 Regulator with Air Splitter
      Designed to deliver reliable peak performance even in demanding commercial environments, this two product regulator works with any CO2 tank with a CGA-320 valve and measures PSI as well as the volume of the CO2 gas in the cylinder. The regulator has an air splitter with two shut-off valves to deliver CO2 to one or two kegs at the same pressure, a T-style adjustment valve that can be easily adjusted by hand, and a pressure release valve.
    • Includes two 5 foot lengths of 5/16" I.D. Blue Air Line Assembly with 4 Worm Drive Clamps, this standard length 5 foot 5/16" I.D. blue air line/CO2 tubing is made of thermoplastic vinyl hose (Super Vinyl). This tubing will not rot, swell, or dry out, and is unaffected by normal cleaning compounds. The air line assemblies each come with two durable stainless steel worm drive clamps.
    • Includes two ergonomic D system lever handle keg couplers that can tap all domestic kegs, these commercial grade lever handle keg couplers work with all American "D" system Sankey kegs. They feature 55-psi pressure relief valves and durable stainless steel bodies. To tap a keg using these ergonomic keg couplers, simply press the lever down to tap the keg and pull it up to untap it.
    • Includes a 14.5" Tall, 3" Diameter Polished Stainless Steel Draft Tower with two Perlick 630SS Faucets, this NSF-approved tower is a 3" diameter dual faucet metal draft tower made of polished stainless steel and features two 5 foot lengths of 3/16" I.D. clear beer tubing. The extra tall 14.5" height makes it easier to fill growlers and tall pint glasses. It features two Perlick 630SS faucets with an innovative design that won't stick, making them the most sanitary and reliable faucets available. The faucets, shanks, and fittings are all made of stainless steel. This tower is mounted using the gasket and four screws that are included.

Interior height is a limitation, so kegs that are taller than the standard half barrel (23.25" may not fit with the keg coupler installed. We have run into this issue with certain German kegs along with the M system coupler, but most major brands in D and S System kegs will not be an issue.

    Refunds

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    If you’re not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can initiate a return within 14 days of your order delivery. Items that have been used or modified in any way cannot be returned.

    Please email returns@atomicgamestore.com with your name, and reason for return to request your RA Number. All returns must include an RA#. All return requests are processed during standard business hours M-F, 9 am-5 pm PT.

    All items that come in boxes must be returned with the original packaging intact and undamaged condition to an address provided to you. Returns must be picked up and in transit no more than 20 days from the delivery date and must include all instructions, pieces, etc.

    Refunds will not be given for the shipping costs, even if you receive "Free Shipping". You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. This applies to all products, including tables. Returned goods must be shipped with freight prepaid via US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, or an LTL freight company of your choice (for oversized items, such as tables). You will be responsible for shipping any return freight back to the warehouse. Atomic Game Store is NOT liable for lost or damaged returned parcels. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance when shipping back to the warehouse. 

    The refund will be processed once the items have been received at the warehouse in good condition. The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. 

    Please see our "Damaged & Defective Goods” Policy if your item has shipping damage or is defective. 

    Brands Restocking Fee + Return Policy

    All Products/Tables:

    For orders returned for other reasons other than a defective item, we offer a complete refund minus all shipping costs (see below) and a 28% off the purchase price restocking fee for all items.

    BBO Tables:

    The restocking fee will be 34%. 

    Holland Bar Stool Co.

    All Pool Tables with Logo Cloth, Pool Tables with Plain Cloth, and Shuffleboard tables are considered custom products and are non-returnable.

    All other products have 28% restocking fee, 10 days to open a #RMA and must have the item back to warehouse by day 14 for items still in their original packaging. 

    Please note that if you are using the White Glove Service - products will be non-returnable. 

    DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE GOODS

    If any items are damaged or missing from the carton(s), please report this to us within two (2) working days of receipt of shipment. If you receive damaged or open carton(s), a separate claim must be filed with the carrier within two (2) business days. Be sure you sign "subject to inspection and verification" and "Damaged" upon receipt of such carton(s).

    Any boxes arriving damaged or open must be reported to the carrier immediately. Shortages must be reported to us within two (2) business days of receipt of the shipment, or no credit can be given. 


    If the returned merchandise is damaged from shipping, contact us at returns@atomicgamestore.com with your name, order #, and 3-5 pictures of the damaged areas. You will be provided with an RA# and further instructions. 

    If you receive a defective item, you must report it to us within two (2) business days. Do not assemble the damaged item in any way, and do not throw away any packaging/pallet. The manufacturer requests all damaged items to be in their original packaging and not used. 

    If the returned merchandise is factory defective, contact us within 2 business days at returns@atomicgamestore.com with your name, order #, and 3-5 pictures of the defect. You will be provided with an RA# and further instructions. 

     Failure to report damages within 2 days will disqualify you from product and/or parts replacements. These timeframes are mandated by 3rd party carriers and ATOMIC GAME STORE CANNOT override those timeframes or override such policy.

    For manufacturer defects, faulty parts and unit replacements are offered. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned under our Return Policy.

    Note: Pricing errors on our website are rare but can happen from time to time. Pricing errors will not be honored. We do our best to maintain correct pricing at all times but in the rare chance that there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order due to the product being listed at the incorrect price.

    CUSTOM ORDERS

    Shipping

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we check the warehouse to confirm that your item is in stock and available for shipment. If your item(s) are available we process the charges and submit your order. Our usual turnaround time is 1-2 business days.

    ORDER SHIPMENT

    SHIPPING

    We ship to the Continental US only. No shipping to Hawaii or Alaska at this time. 

    We are not able to ship to international destinations, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO.

    Curbside Delivery - LTL Freight

    Curbside delivery is our standard delivery method and is free for all freight orders. Important: The customer must be available to receive the delivery or fees will incur. Driver will offload the freight to the curb at the end of your driveway. Drivers do not bring freight into house, garage, backyard, etc. Due to this being a curbside delivery, the customer is responsible for moving the product after the initial unloading. It is also the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product to check for damages and missing parts. If the customer does not reject the delivery after assessing the product, the customer is then responsible for noting any damage or missing parts on the shipping bill. Curbside delivery does not include any additional services such as setting the product in place, unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. For an additional cost, customers may request a second person to assist with unloading.

    RECEIVING YOU ORDER 

    Freight shipments come with CURBSIDE shipping unless noted otherwise in your shipping email. The freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. The freight company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. 

    * Delivery - scheduling a delivery appointment when the shipping carrier calls (usually 2-3 days in advance) at a time when you can be home to sign for the items within the carrier’s business hours. Please note, most freight carriers require a 4-hour window for delivery. Fees resulting from re-delivery will be the customer's sole responsibility, so please do not miss your scheduled delivery appointment. Redelivery can take up to a week, depending on your location. Some residential areas may be inaccessible by delivery trucks, FedEx may be unable to access certain residential areas. If you feel that your required destination is inaccessible to a truck: please contact info@atomicagamestore.com prior to placing your order.

    * Product Inspection - When you receive the freight, you will need to sign the Proof of Delivery from the driver. If there is any sign of damage to the packaging (i.e., scratching, chipping, denting, etc.), please make sure you notate it on the POD (Proof of Delivery). If you see a punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. If you notice specific damage anywhere to the product, please note this on the POD and contact us as soon as you can. Also, take 2-3 quality pictures from your phone from different angles.

    If damage is visible on the crate/boxes/packaging, please write "subject to inspection and verification."

    Given the chance that the driver informs you to sign so he can leave prior to inspection, kindly inform him that he has to wait for the inspection (typically, you get 15 min to inspect), and you have the right to refuse any damaged portions of the shipment.

    If you do not notate that there is possible concealed or even specific damage at the time the POD is signed, a claim cannot be filed, and Atomic Game Store has no ability, by freight law, to pursue compensation for the damages incurred. Any damages will be your responsibility. 

    We do not want to see this situation, so it’s very important to follow our Shipping and Receiving Instructions.

    Warranty

    LABOR - 12 MONTHSLIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

    For one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, Allavino will, at its option, repair or replace any part of theunit, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. During this period Allavino will provide all parts and labor necessary to correct such defects free of charge, so long as the unit has been installed and operated in accordance with the written instructions in the user manual. In cases where a product cannot be repaired, Allavino will provide you with a reasonably similar replacement product that is either new or factory refurbished. In rental or commercial use, the warranty period is 90 days. All Allavino Appliances of 3.5 cubic feet capacity or less must be brought/sent to the appliance service shop for repair.

    PARTS - 60 MONTHSLIMITED SECOND THROUGH FIFTH YEAR WARRANTY:

    For the second through the fifth year from date of original purchase, Allavino Products will provide a replacement compressor free of charge due to a failure. You are responsible for the service labor and freight charges. In rental or commercial use, the limited compressor warranty is one year and nine months. Cost to move the appliance to the servicers' shop and back to the user's home, as may be required, are the user's responsibility.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILSWHAT IS NOT COVERED:Content losses of food or other, due to spoilage.Incidental or consequential damages.Parts and labor costs for the following will not be considered as warranty:Door springs, and/or frames.Inner door panels, door rails and/or door supports.Light bulbs and/or plastic housing.Plastic cabinet liners.Punctured evaporator that voids the warranty on the complete sealed system.Repairs performed by unauthorized servicers.Shipping and handling costs associated with the replacement of the unit.Service calls that do not involve defects in material or workmanship such as customer education, door reversal, or proper installation.Surcharges including, but not limited to, any after hour, weekend, or holiday service calls, tolls, ferry trip charges, or mileage expense for service call to remote areas, including the State of Alaska.Service calls that are related to external problems, such as abuse, misuse, inadequate electrical power, accidents, fire, floods, or acts of God.Replacement of house fuses or resetting circuit breakers.Failure of the product if it is used for other than its intended purpose.This warranty does not apply outside the Continental USA.
